SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 4–7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Due to high demand and our global fulfillment network, estimated delivery times are:

🇺🇸 United States: 4–7 business days

🌍 International: 7–20 business days

Please note: shipping times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier delays. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated (e.g., free shipping promotions). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 2–5 business days. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear. Incorrect 


Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your item is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons, if applicable)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, we recommend contacting your local carrier directly.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
